Born in California in the mid-80's, Aaron Shapiro discovered a love for artistic expression early in his life. Melding digital expertise with an easy understanding of the science of photo processing, Aaron mastered his craft with great ease, passion and diligence. His images have been the basis for numerous commercial projects in addition to being displayed in several American galleries and publications.

In his visual projects, Shapiro aims to narrate a story, to take the viewer on a journey, and to call forth strong emotions. Spinning in an eddy just outside the mainstream, Shapiro's images kindle thoughts, stimulate conversation, and question normalcy. Haunting, thoughtful, and full of emotion, his images often move the viewer to debate their own prejudices in what they see. Like it or not, Shapiro's work is steeped in deep emotion, fine crafting, and love for the visual world.
